Place rental unit on our rental list and website.
Place a sign on the rental property.
Place ads in Press Democrat and any other paper as needed. Owner cost.
Return all calls received regarding the rental.
Show the rental during normal business hours, 24 hours notice to show if occupied.
Screen all applicants, verify employment, current and past tenancy.
Call owner regarding likely applicants.
Prepare all paperwork to place tenant.
Collect all move-in funds and sign up tenant.
Mail to owner copies of signed papers.
Mail owner security deposit funds, (if agreed to) and any rent funds due owner.
