Self-employed applicants need to include copies of 3 non-consecutive bank statements and last years tax return, including Schedule C. If you have not received a phone call within 3-5 business days, call in to check on your application.

IF APPROVED as a tenant, the first months rent or a prorated amount of the months rent and the security deposit must be paid with a cashier's a check, money order, or cash, at the time of signing the Lease/Rental Agreement.
